Terms & Conditions

  • Turnaround time is 24 hours. Work received on a Friday morning will be delivered no later than the following Monday morning. Work received on a Friday afternoon will be delivered by the following Monday afternoon unless alternative arrangements have been made.
  • Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm AEST. A surcharge will apply for work required after hours, on weekends or public holidays. Prior arrangement is essential.
  • All transcribed documents are produced in Word. Documents are prepared according to your preferred layout and format.

  • All work is quality checked and returned to the client as a draft. It is the client's responsibility to proofread all completed and returned documents for accuracy.
  • All completed work will be returned by email unless alternative arrangements have been made.
  • An itemised invoice will be rendered on the last business day of each month and is payable within seven (7) days.
  • Payment methods accepted are direct deposit, business cheque and Paypal.
  • For international clients we accept Swift or Paypal.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All documents and information received will be treated as strictly confidential.
  • All typists are required to sign and adhere to a strict confidentiality agreement.
